Feeling the pressure? Need a way to stay grounded and focused during a busy term?
Mindfulness is a well-researched, non-religious and effective means of alleviating stress, anxiety and depression and further to this, enhancing personal and professional growth.
The Oxford Foundry is excited to partner with The Oxford Mindfulness Centre to offer a series of introductory workshops in the practise of mindfulness. The introductory sessions will introduce Mindfulness – in theory, practice and research - and offer a few tips to keep you grounded and steady in high pressure situations.
