Diverse teams build new solutions for 'bias in/bias out' in AI-powered recruitment tools

A growing number of organisations are now adopting automated AI-powered tools for their recruitment or admissions process – but the Inherited biases currently found in these tools mean that strong, talented candidates may be automatically discounted or deselected. If this is left unchecked, the future workforce will lack the strength that diversity brings, and economies will suffer.
