Staying connected, giving back

Once the ventures have completed the L.E.V8 programme, they remain a part of our Foundry family, and they stay actively connected to the Foundry in a number of ways.

By mentoring and coaching new venture teams at the Foundry, and by sharing their experiences and skills openly and transparently, they provide valuable insights and support to those who are just a few steps behind them.

We invite them to sit on judging panels for pitch events, and to contribute their expertise to thought leadership roundtables, tech talent networking events and more.

And as they scale up and grow their teams, we keep them connected to Oxford's amazing talent pipeline so they can select from the best.

We are creating a support system for success, a cycle where entrepreneurs give back to other entrepreneurs and help each other to change the world for the better, together.

We aim to create an evergreen education, where the education and support you receive is given back to others. When one person succeeds, we all succeed, and the impact we can make together as community is substantial.
